Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you receive damaged product please notify us within the first 24 hours so we can handle the situation accordingly. Do not discard or use the damaged product as you may need to send it back to us. Product not accepted for replacement will be reshiped to customer at customer expense.

If you receive the wrong product please do not discard or use the product. We will promptly send you the correct product and arrange shipping of the wrong product back to us. If the product is not returned to us you may be liable for the product value and you will be billed accordingly.
